How many times during the day do you stop and think that, “If only I had more time.”? Truth be told, you will never have more time. There are always 24 hours in the day. You can look at it as you ONLY have 24 hours in a day. But that perspective might drive you crazy. Instead of trying to change how many hours in your day (because that is an impossible feat), I recommend you look at how many things you are trying to accomplish in one day. It’s not that there aren’t enough hours in the day. It’s that there are too many things on your to-do list in a day.

What are your priorities? Take a minute and think about this question. Are you prioritizing according to your goals, values and passions? Most of us aren’t. Most of us are skewed in our priorities. But what if I told you that you have full control over your priorities? Now remember, you have 24 hours in a day. Choose your priorities wisely.

How do you choose priorities wisely? I recommend setting a boundary with how many priorities are on your to-do list. Remember there are 24 hours in a day. What if you lived each day asking yourself the morbid, yet thought-provoking question, “If today was my last day on earth, how would I choose to live it?”.

All we have is today. All we have is this moment. None of us know what tomorrow has in store for us. Live for today, Set boundaries on your to-do list and remember, you have 24 hours in a day.
