Do you ever feel like the girl in the picture above? Well I sure do. I often get bogged down by negative self-talk. Sometimes these thoughts take over and paralyze me. And so, recently I have been doing some deep introspection and noticing of the common phrases the B**** inside my head says to me. What if I pair a positive re-framing phrase for all of the negative phrases? Well maybe, just maybe, the B**** will have nothing left to say and she’ll just shut up.
