What we are all about…

To create a safe environment for individuals to talk about their emotions with one another. This group fosters unconditional and nonjudgmental support through sharing, listening and healing.

A few things Our Hour is great at…

Universality

the quality of involving or being shared by all people or things in the world or in a particular group.

Validation

recognition or affirmation that a person or their feelings or opinions are valid or worthwhile.

Empathy

The ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Altruism

The belief in or practice of disinterested and selfless concern for the well-being of others.
